PTCL services in Rojhan are not working due to a Pole of PTCL has been damaged due to thunder storm on about Jun, 08, 2017,
Since then no service is available. and I have complaint many times for service and billing.
Every time your representative told about settlement of bill dues due to inconvenience, but still nothing is resolved not services nor dues are deducuted.
Why should I pay if there is no service for almost whole month?
Even I have requested for suspension or cutting of my connection as there is no sign of resolution of services in city.
so I again requesting to settle my bill payment and cut down my connection as soon as possible
