On 24th of Aug 2016 I submitted a requested to increase the current speed of my internet broadband from 4Mbps to 8Mbps. I was informed that my request had been entertained and that the bandwidth had been increased. On checking I found out that there was no change in my Internet speed. I lodged a complaint about the matter and almost every day i received a call from PTCL that my complaint is resolved. But still, there has been no increase in the speed of my Internet Broadband, on further inquiry I was told that my my port is upgraded in server but not upgraded in exchange and will be resolved soon but after a week the problem had not be resolved.

It is a matter of great disappointment that PTCL take no proper action and the customer has to wait for a long time while he is being charged for the service that is not yet being given to him.
i hope that this complaint will be entertained in the proper manner .
