i am living islamabad , i am old customer of the ptcl ,8 march 2018 my ptcl net was out of order and i complained to concerned department(1218) and one ptcl concerned person visit my home and said you modem had burent and replace it , same day i had complain to replace my modem but 6 march to 13 march till the ptcl customer care center did not register my modem replace complain and i had number of time call to the call center ,meanwhile i have spent 500 mobile balance .At last 13 march i am going to the ptcl exchange and the told me you have not register any complain of the replace modem,my self collect the modem at exchange and configuration (myself)….i have waste 500 petrol to search exchange and mental distribution face my end…plz action to the concerned person and give relief my bill
