Installed on name of my mother Safia Bagum
We have paid all past bills. But i got bill for Feb 2018 with arriers in that. Total bill for feb 2018 is 5002 with a notice to pay it immidiately. My concern is we ave suvmitted all past bills and arriers shown in bill for feb 2018 are not due. I have copies of all vills paid for last 3 years even. Please correct this in next month bill. Custoner care representative guided me to pay the bill and your comaplint is forwarded and this will be adjusted in next bill
