I have started using their PTCL smart box since nearly an year, since then my ptcl broadband have frequent disconnections, and in last 2 months i have logged 10 plus complaints for their service, but they just reset the connection from their end and service runs for a day or 2 most then same disconnections. Their 1218 complaint service is too pathetic as they only log the complaint but never somebody has contacted/visited the site for checking the issue and fix once in for all.
