My phone(5602723) has been dead for the last two weeks and in spite of several complaints / reminders and my personal visits it has not been fixed so far.Las time it took me more than a month to get it fixed, that too, after writing to a senior official.Whenever their is fault the concerned staff fully displays its inefficiency , indifference and incompetence in addressing the issue.I wish some one could help me.
