PTCL no is mostly non functional and then complaints are not being followed at all This time complaint no is 66
Received a sms only that complaint registered but no action
I lodged a complaint of poor connection on 28 sep vide complaint no 43, a rep visited home misbehaved with family did not repair fault and left, I again launched a complaint on 30 Sep no 10 no response, today again vide no 62, why for the first time response is so poor, please.
