Respected Sir,
I am using ptcl connection vide my phone No. 02135044927, and I am so also having of broad band connection of same company. I applied for 1 mbps unlimited connection and I was using the same and i was charged a fixed amount of Rs. 1700 to 1800 p.m. but for the last two months the company charged approx. Rs. 2200/ p.m. which is excess billing. I made a complaint to the ptcl vide my complaint No.24 on dated: 18.08.2016 but no action was taken by the said department. they said me that a promotion was launched by the ptcl to increase yur speed from 1 mbps to 2 mbps in the charges of 1 mbps and after finishing of promotion the charges has increased which is unjustified because neither i applied to avail the promotion nor i applied for 2 mbps so why should i pay the amount of bill for 2 mbps. pleasae look into the matter and my billing amount for the month of June July and this month also be reduced as per my connection which i applied for.
