Dear,
Sir/Mam it is to inform you that a small problem of no dial tone becomes a severe problem,you can check my landline number’s last complain status many of the complains had been registered against this number but the issue didn’t resolved permanently it just resolved on temporary basis then after every 15 days the same issue comes again.One thing more sir/mam when your line man comes to resolve the issue he comes after 6 7 days and solve the problem but the problem comes again in my another landline number (0223816666) and when after 6 7 days this number get fixes the problem comes again into the old one (0223862752) landline,So sir/mam the reason telling you the matter is that these issues would be resolve on permanent basis.I even visited customer cares and head offices but still the issue is same..not fixed
