I would like to inform you that I’m PTCL customer since 1994 and a regularly paying all the bills on time. My residential number is spread among all my relatives, family members, Education sector, Office etc.. but from last six months my residential number is not functional. We do not have any contacts with our relatives and other family members because there’s fault in the connection. After several complaints still facing the same issue.
My complaint number is 60 and residential number is 091-5841383 FYI and necessary action please…
I’m requesting you to kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the fault. Your quick response will be highly appreciated..
