Kindly consider this email as a serious complaint regarding bad/non availability of internet services.
A landline and internet has always been found problematic and upon placing complaint, due to the lackadaisical attitude of some of your employees, a very late response towards fixing the issue has been observed. I fail to comprehend why the repair and restoration of an Internet connection should call for so many reminders and requests.
Reason behind writing this email is to bring the issue into to your kind notice to have a thorough review to the services provided at our line and fix the bugs/issue once and for all.
If a particular line has serious technical problems due to some kind of a software ‘short circuit’, i should surely get the privilege of having an alternative arrangement. It seems that such views are not a part of your service.
Being without an Internet connection at home in the present times is no less than being marooned on an island. I hope you respond to the serious nature of my predicament and take adequate steps to ensure my rights as a customer.
