I’m facing the problem of frequent disconnection and slow browsing from last one month. I’ve made several complaints but not a single responsible person had taken action on it. The technician assigned to to check the technical fault in the line, never contacted and closed the complaint with the remarks that customer is not responding the call. It’s pathetic.
