Sir i have complaint so many times with live agent that our internet is not working properly due to old wire in our area but every time they say that your problem will be resolved in 48 hours but my problem does not resolves i think that this is because of old wire will you please replace the old wire with new fiber optics so we become able to use ptcl internet service without any problem.I am waiting for your response.
