Despite several reminders on email & complains on helpline, no one is taking action for the Smart TV Application against # 9202135060252. No one from PTCL has visited or respond to our request.
If this continued, I shall complain to PTA & will not pay for this month bill as I am paying every month and continuously sending complains via helpline & email.
Your cooperation will be appreciated if a prompt action is being taken in this regard.

My PTCL # 0215060252 is on the name of Rafiq Habib Godil @ plot 207 sector 23 korangi ind area Karachi. I have been complaining to PTCL Helpline & through different channels but there is no positive feedback being given to me.
It’s been 22 Days & No one is following up my complain for SMART TV nor sending PTCL Assistance. If we take serious action, then your customer support asks what is the reason for ending the service. When I am complaining then no one is taking care of it.
Kindly look into the matter urgently and resolve my query for Smart TV at your earliest.
