My tel no is 2212136 using ptcl for the last 20 years. My smart tv as usual on holidays get out of order on 12.8.17 night. With very difficulty was able to register complaint on 13.8.17
Comp id 61.for two days no body approach.today on 15.8.17 I get response. I want to ask you when ptcl will come out from typical govt attitude. I see it as a conspiracy to ptcl your competitors Naya tel is 24 hrs service
While I do not understand why I was left with no TV on 14 th Aug holidays.
Time has far come to end VIP culture in ptcl
And come to improve service to the consumers.
