It is submitted that, my PTCL no. is inactive many days. I am a regular bill payee customer but PTCL Employees of our city are habitual briber and they are making my number inactive deliberately for collecting illegal amount to correct my number. While those persons are making my number inactive when they want. I have been complaining PTC help line but no one is ready to solve my problem. It is for your kind information that following named PTCL Employees are making my number inactive
1. Lal Muhammad alias Lailla (LM)
2. Shoukat Ali (LM)
3. Abdul Qayyum (Generator Operator)
Sir above mentioned names employees are very bribers they collect amount from customers every time when they want other wise they make the number inactive who he did not pay them illegal amount i also paying them amount when my number has been inactive by them deliberately.
Kindly i request in your kind honour that my problem may kindly be solved and my number b activated as soon as possible because it is only single way of communication to our relatives. further you are requsted kindly take action against responsible persons mentioned above.who are black sheep for the PTCL.
I shall be grateful to you if my problem be solved and inquiry may kindly be against above mentioned persons.
