Hello,
In Burewala, we are using PTCL internet. But the internet speed is very bad. We cant talk on video call with our relatives. If i complained then it works for 2 days afterthat same situation.
We want to cancel our internet connection. But PTCL said they dont give back our security charges. Its new rule. In you life whenever you need again PTCL connection we did not take money from you. If is it the rule then i need the contract papers where you have written this.
