I got the telephone connection on 06-03-2018, but astonishingly I was sent the bills for January and February as well. Complaining the issue many a times with the company has not proved to be fruitful till date.
My second complaint is that my same telephone has been out of order since 14-03-2018. According to the PTCL complaint service 1218, the status of complaint is ‘pending’.
