I have ptcl Broadband internet device which is fixed Broadband 15 GB Rs.775/= per month and active on my following ptcl # 021-35030621
My issue is that in aug 2016 my internet bill was 1,775 behalf on extra usage of 1000 rupees. kindly send me reason of extra usage or downloading details/links on my e-mail address.
Is it possible you can fix GBs??
