My dsl connection, 382262 at Abbottabad is too sluggish, I Complained about slow browsing and slow downloading to 1218 and concerned staff even so called Incharge dealing supervising DSL, but no concrete steps are bent taken by them. Amazingly they rectify the fault momentarily during my office time, call or message me stating that fault has been rectified however when I come ba k to home and use internet specially during Late hours at night it becomes a piece of shit, amd browsing becomes a dream not to be fulfilled.
I have decided now to lodge complain first instance to PTA and if persists will approach the judiciary not only for the faulty network but for the mantay torture I have to da e due to incapable ptcl staff.
