SUBJECT: COMPLAINT AGAINST ILLEGAL DEDUCTION OF ATM FEE BY HABIB
BANK BRANCH SIR SHAHNAWZ BHUTTO ROAD LARKANA.
Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to my complaint dated 05.09.2016 wherein I requested your good offices for refund of the amount Rs.1824.00 illegally deducted by the management of Habib Bank limited, Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto Road, Larkana, from my account No.02657900784903 as ATM fee.
It is regretted to mention here that no any response in respect of my complaint appears to have been received or my grievances have been redressed despite lapse of considerable period which clearly medicates that the customers of your Bank Branches are not eligible for any response and are deliberately neglected from their right by your offices.
I would like to request you that whether or not the amount so deducted illegally on account of ATM Fee is refundable so that one should not waste his time in making the complaint for justice.
It will be much appreciated if you are pleased to inform me about the decision taken in respect my complaint at your end.
