On 12 November I deposited Rs.500 from easypaisa to 3pattiland game. Easypaisa shows that transaction was successful and also amount Rs.500 deduct from my easypaisa account but in game I didn’t received yet, also I already talked with easypaisa helpline and they told me that transaction has been made from our side you have to contact relevant service provider PublishEx Solutions. Also I talked with 3pattiland support they told me that transaction was failed and we did not receive your amount in our account, you can contact support@simpaisa for refund.
So please refund my money as soon as possible.
