PUG charges complaint
Dear sir,
I am receiving gas bill for last two months with PUG charges, I have visited billing office as well. According to them there may be any problem in meter, therefore I made a check up of my meter, it works well there is not any issue in meter, but still PUG charges are applied in my bill.
sir kindly solve the issue and do the need full.
