Respected Sir,

I am working in a very respectable and responsible seat in a well known organization of Govt. of Pakistan. To perform Umrah i preferred to travel on Qatar Airways with my sister, my wife and my son (Aged 1 year and 8 months) on 04th March 2017 with very bad experiences of Qatar Airways airport staff on each side.

At first I purchased 2 tickets of details below, from a travel agency located in Islamabad:
1 ticket of Adults PNR: 47QZJE (ticket Attached as attachment1)
1 ticket of infant PNR: 4PJ34V (ticket Attached as attachment2)

My first trouble starts when I shown my tickets on “Check In” Counter of Qatar Airways at Islamabad International Airport, the staff regretted for my Check In and they ask me to purchase a new ticket of my son from Royal Office because flying dates on ticket are incorrect. After many dialogues there was no way for me & I bought a new ticket (ticket Attached as attachment3).

I was travelling at QR 633 at 03:15 AM but the Royal Agency issued me Infant’s ticket of QR 615 at 09:25. Your Check in Staff adjusted the infant in QR 633 at 03:15 without any objection.

Sir if they can adjust any other timing’s ticket to the before flight then why they can’t adjusted my previously purchased ticket. As I knew just a payment receipt and ticket number is required for infant (in case of no seat).
After then I contacted to my travel agent in Islamabad and he refunded his first ticket of my son.

My second trouble starts on my departure from the Jeddah Airport on 25th march 2017.
At “Check In” Counter I showed my Son’s ticket that was purchased from Royal Office Islamabad Airport, the staff regretted me to check in and they said to buy a new ticket because lack of their knowledge at last I arranged money very hardly at that time on airport and bought a new ticket third time of my son (ticket Attached as attachment4) as that ticket was the dated of 1st May 2017 instead of 25 March and of a child ticket instead of infant.

Sir, Your staff is held responsible for disgraced and wretched of my whole family on the whole of my travel, wastage of my precious time and money as at that time my veins were stretched with tension and all of my family was worried and praying.

Looking for a prompt response and a marvelous compensation of the loss of my money and anxiety.
