Dear support team,
I convert my postpaid number 0300-9499761 into prepaid network on 30 April 2020. as per company policy, security money was refund to client within 10 working days. but after a considerable time period, my security money that is 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) has not yet been refund to me, i talk to help line and they replied that request for security money has not been initiated by concerned franchise, where you change number from Post paid to pre paid.
then i visit to Jazz franchise and they replied me that we are unable to initiate your request, your request will be initiate by main franchise and main franchise is closed due to lockdown in country,
I humbly requested that my security money may please be refunded in shape of mobicash. my mobicash number is 0300-9499761 and My CNIC number is 71501-0206564-7.
