It is very ridiculous to say that the performance of PTCL is very deplorable and we were paying monthly bill of PTCL like charity to your organization.
The standard of service and rectification of complaints is very pathetic and unsatisfactory and it seems that the all executives in the organization are unprofessional and incompetent. It is quite justified that I should get rid of this system because the PTCL high-ups had no realization of the difficulties of clients. The concerned DE of PTCL Margalla Town area who is supposed to discharge his professional duties with honesty and devotion but he is not taking care of valuable clients and not able to remain this position. My telephone line, smart tv, and broadband constant remained out of order. It is height of irresponsible behavior .Despite of a number of complaints, situation is still as usual.
Now, I have fed up due to very substandard and poor performance of PTCL and in a protest I want to disconnect my PTCL connection. Please return my securities and take away the rubbish system from my residence. I want to get connection of some other efficient company.
