On 18 of feb 2023 i ordered this product. At first they’re were very responsive and helpful. They claimed that it be delivered in 3 4 working days and exactly same happened it was delivered on time. The product for whole different Which i ordered and i complaint them instantly they said the another order with the correct measurements have been dispatched and you’ll receive it in 3 4 working days .. i got no email no tracking id info etc and my order never came I’m messaging them continuosly and calling them but no response either i want my refund or replacement

U r right , they don’t reply when they send the wrong size , no contact, at first they contacted themselves and were responsive, but when i received the parcel and its wrong size they not replying and responding , they are frauds
