Today from Rohri to Karachi my seats were reserved in couch no 4 birth 16,17,18 lower ac in Shah Hussain express.
Since morning 6 am I was trying to made phone call on inquiry no 5651433 but no any reply from inquiry, for the purpose of inquiry when no response was given on phone I immediately proceeded to Rohri station where found inquiry both was vacant no body was available, then I proceeded towards station master where also no person available and a person was sleeping in office on enquiry from peon who disclosed that he is ASM. Since 6 am to 8am I was suffered alot in cold whether as they had not attended the pasenger others were also there ,,,plz take action
