On May 26, 2017 at 2300 hrs I went at Sadiqabad terminal to pick my child coming from Karachi via Chowk Bahadurpur to SDQ terminal.
1.Air-conditioner of passenger lounge was out of order.
2.There is no proper sitting facility i.e. Benches/chairs etc in the lawn.
3.Complaint book was not provided for lodging the complaint.
