we had a flight on Thursday via sv 727 at 17:00 which was cancel due to some mechanical problem and they asked us which includes 300+ passengers to stay in a hotel because mechanic will come from Saudia and will bring the missing parts of the plane and will fix it, but till now there is no confirmation of the plane as no mechanic is arrived till now and we are still waiting for some good news but no such response from the agents, and secondly the passengers on the plane have there visa expire tomorrow, and now they are saying the plane will take of at night around 2:00 still not confirmed. so we are desperate waiting for some help as our Makkah and Madina hotel booking will also be cancelled.So, if u can arrange a second plane for us we will be very thankful to you.
