i applied for new meter in 2005 to sepco but they did not provide me the meter but they issued the illegal bill against me. i have told every one but no one is responsing and there is a line man name tariq hussain jakhrani he is teasing us for that bill which have been calculated at this time about to 2 lakhs so plzz help me what should i do now
