Sir I am waiting after the booking of ride. When connect to Captain Mobile it is off and I had no idea how to call him. When message is coming that Captain has been arrived at your location when there is no car available to my booking location. I try to call him tell my exact location it is not connected and Captain cancelled my ride where as I am waiting for that. Cancelled punishment is Rs.211/- which is completely illegal and wrong.
