No. 1—— Your voice service is very bad
No. 2—— Your helpline is not responding, many times we try to contact with them, always ringing but nobody is answering.
No. 3—— Free minutes of mobile account are not giving properly, once a week these
minutes are not provided at a whole day, but are giving 06:30 PM., which we can
not use them according to your rules.
No. 4—— in this situation, it is very hard to us, to continues with your service. I am waiting to your reply
