I am travelling from sahiwal to lahore in your so called luxurious bus left from sahiwal at 4:00 pm. It is in fact Bahawalpur lahore route. So called luxury bus is not luxurious. Seat lights are not operatable by the passenger independently. From sahiwal to lahore only a pack of lays chips worth Rs 5 is provided. The tab of seat number 28 got held after half an hour. on demand the hostess provided only 2 headphones although we purchased three tickets. WiFi password is not available to the passengers.
