Yesterday i visited Servis outlet which located on autobhan road near ideas and alkaram for claim of ndure Shoes whuch i purchased 2 monts ago but i didn’t have slip as i lost the slip but they refuse to do anything i told them date on which i putchased and price of shoe but the manager refused and talk to me in very rude manner which isn’t good for customers after all finally he said ok we will see and they give me a slip but also he said to me may be company take this or return it. And also use word company will throw Shoes or i am not confirm about claim its not way to treat your loyal customers i am using your Shoes since 2005 and by this kind of behaviour you may lose yout market and customers kindly go through this matter. As I had taken a shoe from Ndure Branch Khairpur Old National Highway Road khairpurwhich broke in one day when I went to the branch to complain, the branch manager insulted me and said that there is no claim here but then he took the show and said You will see me coming after ten days. Then when I went ten days later, he said that no claim has been made and I still beg you to accept my claim.
