Hi. Would like to inform you tcs is inetrnational service and we are live in dxb lots of time I receive products on time but these days we are in Pakistan and city Rahim Yar Khan i have one shipment from smc pvt ltd company cod already received msg from tcs i have to collect the shipment today but I didn’t receive it even I called to local tcs office thy are stupid because thy don’t know how to speak with customer. I told him what is the reason for delayed my shipment and he said address not verify then i said you have my number why you not call me and then he said let me call back i will tell you update and after that no call nothing. Tcs is big company we respect but kind of this people make trouble here for customers I’m happy and I don’t want my shipment….
