Asalam o alaikum!
My shipment CN#: 772650725311 dispatched from Karachi on 07.01.2022 arrived at Lahore on 11.01.2022. Your rider contacted me on 12.01.2022 from his personal number 03009304423 and asked me about my parcel. and when i insured him that i will receive the parcel, he told me that he will visit today in evening but he didn’t come and put a remarks at exact 12:00pm that i refused to receive the parcel. After receiving the message of refusal by my end, I contacted TCS customer service call center and submitted my complaint. They assured me that the rider will visit once again. but unfortunately no rider visited me once again and put the same remarks of refusing by himself at same time of 12:00pm.
you are requested to please check the status at your end and point out the black sheeps in your riders who are defaming the name of TCS by their personal negligence.
