On 30.04.2018 at 16:22 I booked by shipment at your counter at Trust Plaza G.T.Road,Gujranwala.Very amazing on 07.05.2018 at 10.00 am, the same has not been served so far. It was very important letter but due to your failed service I suffer a loss. Will your Company compensate me.Please accept your fault.And informed the name of responsible person for this loss. If it is yours company’s negligence then your company must have to apologies through prominent news papers.
