Dear Team,
I’d like to report a complaint against an account 554880 / SHOEMANGWALO.CO as they scammed me over the product commitment. Unfortunately the parcel was delivered by your services and I launched a complaint over the phone with your representative.
My complain number is #480660.
I’m attaching the screenshots as well as the video of opening the parcel as I was advised by the vendor.
Please note that I opened the package already and forgot to shoot a video as normal practice, but once I opened the package the shoes were completely different as they were shown on their page.
I tried to reach them out but I am blocked from their end now.
I really need your help and would appreciate if you take of this matter as soon as possible.
