Hi h r u I hope you are well but I extremely sorry about ur KCF branch in Package mall we go there for my daughter birthday celebration but they are very rude staff and not given us with smile answer there behavior like that we r beggars and we are paying for that food we r very disappointed ur staff we also complaining ur customer service but they take our details but not answering us sorry to say but I never accept this kind of behavior we r educated people ok God bless you all bye we never visit again ur package mall branch and all of my relatives also
