Rude behaviour of staff. Muzaffargarh to Lahore 11pm time. Bus pads are out of order and I asked about 4 to 5 times that turn it on but they come and see and just go back without telling me something that it will work or not etc. I paid for business class and I felt that I am traveling free of cost because they don’t even give any attention to passengers. I think I’ll not travel again in this service.
