Hello i have an issue regarding payment..
On Saturday 3 June 2023 at 9PM i sent 5000 =Rs to publisher account SIMPAISA…
But upon talking to receiver they said we dont received any payment..
They said payment is failure you have to contact with simpaisa.
I CALLED MY BANK THEY SAID PAYMENT IS TRANSFERRED SUCCESSFULY.
I emailed to simpaisa but they didn’t reply or didn’t respond to my mails.
Kindly resolve my issue asap.
Its a humble request to refund my payment its been 2 weeks
