Skimming, MCB ATM services
I am using your MCB ATM services but unfortunately I have been skimmed by someone in different dates. Therefore, I blocked my ATM on urgent basis for any kind of mishap. My skimmed dates and transactions are these, Rs. 10,000/- withdrawal by an ATM on 19-10-2017 at 11:06 am and Rs. 12,000/- withdrawal from any other ATM on 26-10-2017 at 08:40 pm. I also go to my mother branch which is located in F-10, Islamabad and inform about this incident. They co-prate with me very well and forward my claim to your concern department. In this regard, I humbly requesting you to reverse my amount of Rs. 22,000/- on urgent basis.
