I have given request for installation of smart T.V the PTCL has been visited us and give us T.V. Devices but it did not activate he said that there is fault from exchange it will resolve from the exchange after waiting of two weeks we gain contact with PTCL Exchange Farid Town Sahiwal then they said that your No. 040-271239 is not supported to device so your no will be change I have said them for change of my no. and solved my problem after this discussion we are still waiting till now our old no has been closed for this purpose before two weeks. you are requested to resolve our problems. if your services are this type very poor. In this situation I will do close my no permanently and you can collect your device from my house. I can not do wait more one month.
