I ORDERED MY SMART TV ON YOUR PTCL NO. FROM MY PTCL NO. 042-35420490 ON 1ST SEP 2016 AND COMPLAINT 2 TIMES CALL SEVERAL TIMES EVEN TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR “USMAN SAAB” 2 TIMES BUT STILL IN VAIN. NOTHING HAPPEN. NO ONE EVEN GIVE ME ONE DAM CALL IN RETURN. IS THIS ORGANIZATION IS MOVING FREE HAND. WITHOUT ANY PROPER MANAGEMENT? IS THIS YOUR LEVEL OF QUALITY? IS THIS WHAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR CUSTOMERS. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR D GRADE SERVICE? CAN ANY ONE STOP HIM OF DESTROYING YOUR REPUTATION? IS ANYONE THERE TO LISTEN……? AND NOT JUST LISTEN BUT ALSO PERFORM SOME FRUITFUL ACTION?
