it is said that ssgc send me extra bill in the form of pug gas charges from more than one year i had complained many times abut my extra charges but they can not resolve my problem kindly resolve my problem detail is given below

Incorrect meter reading.
The gas has not been used since July 2018. The average bill is Rs. 200/-
The Feb 2019 bill amount is Rs.1,280/- and Mar 2019 bill amount is Rs. 1,250/- instead of Rs. 200/-, instead of Rs 200/- for both months respectively
The actual meter reading was 1636 in July 2018, which is the same today.
However, Feb 2019 bill reading was 1743 and Mar 2019 bill reading is 1850.
Due to this Feb 2019 was overcharged by Rs.1,080/- and in March 2019 by Rs:1,050/-.
In view of the above the paid amount Rs 1,280/- be credited and the Mar 2019 bill be corrected to read as Zero, as the extra amount has already been
