I have lodged a complain on SSGC helpline for low pressure in our building on 17th Nov 2017, after that I am constantly calling their help line day and night to get it resolved but receiving irritating response as they really don’ t care. Today they said some body from their distribution by name of Ateeq Ahmed is assigned the job will be done today but again the really don’t care, Number of Call center reps by the name of Khalid, Nadeem and what so or not are fooling me around. to some lady said that your complain is pending with distribution and share a number 021-99231560 to call on this number but as you can guess nobody answer this number. I really want to know if there is any consumer rights commission working or not in our country. My Consumer Number is 4496773597 and complain number is 279
