CHIEF JUSTICE OF PAKISTAN respected sir, i am a disable lady senior teacher working in the special education al frabi centre g-8, markaz Islamabad
sir i have obtained allotment of government house E-type on subject to vocation but even i have win my case through high court islamabad and after that justice saqaib jawad have degree the case in my favor and against the state office and ministry of housing and works and in April 2018 once again justice Shasta khan kundi have issued order again in my favor and dismissed the case against state office and ministry of housing and works and announced order to hand over E type house on ground floor as i am a disable person with immediate effect but state office and ministry of housing both are still dis obeying the court orders and not issuing allotment in my favor sir i have spend lot of money to lawyer fees and due to this facing the financial crisis it is therefore i humbly requested that please provide me a justice and take stick action against the state office and sectary housing and works Islamabad for execution the case with immediate effect under the order by the honorable chief Justice of pakistan. regards mrs. surraya ashfaq senior teacher al frabi centre ministry of special education G-8/ Markaz Islamabad
