Honorable Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that I have received Gas bill for month of August 2016 that amounts Rs.7450/00, as I saw such amount in bill I went to SSGC office at Jacobabad and complained for this excess bill. There, they told me the current bill for the said month is Rs.1119/00 while remaining Rs.6233/00 is included as P.U.G Gas charges for the months during which meter was not working properly and was in P.U.G stat. I said why you not informed me as meter was faulty while meter reader visited every month for taking reading and now you have given me such huge amount bill that I can not afford to pay.
Dear sir, you are kindly requested to deduct such unfair charges included in my bill.
For this act of kindness I shall remain ever grateful to you.
