There was a fault in our Gas connection since last night and Gas leaked out whole the night.we have complained it to 1199 from 10 till 1 am..but no one came and solved our issue…if there was any mishap happenes..who would be responsible..??please kindly check your ill emergency service which is of no use and please close the coplaint directory also..so as the consumer would have no any hope to contact in emerergency from your so called emergency help line 1199..and they will do something on their own..
Hope to be taken action on that..but i am sure that no one is their to listen to the consumers..because you are all useless.
